This position is responsible for overseeing the daily Compliance and Administration of electronic & non-electronic Client Accounts.
These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Matter Management, Internal & External Data Maintenance, Financial Analysis & Reporting, Communication & Documentation of Required Administrative Changes, as well as, Training for Partners/Support Services.
This position is very data intensive, therefore candidates should enjoy working with data and Excel and must be proficient in it.
Qualified candidates will posses:
• 2 plus years professional services work experience preferred
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Strong Excel
• Professional Demeanor and Customer Service Skills
• Demonstrated Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to Work Independently & as part of a “Team”
• Strong Reading Comprehension & Writing Skills
• Knowledge of Legal e-Billing and Middleware Systems a plus
• College Degree preferred
Location: Westchester and Manhattan
Compensation: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 plus overtime
